Cancellation

<p>I been trying to get a cancellation from Dc finfree since January it takes 5working day what a joke a send a letter in May and now on the 18th of July I spoke to Naeema will follow up took my details after a week still nothing,I ph the office this morning no answer,apparently customer service is handling the cancellation but I cant talk to them only email I get notification that they recieved my mail from Jan ,May an now in July but still nothing what's up with this people,this is the reason why I wanted to cancelled the debt Review cause they didn't pay some of my creditors an look at the services I'm still getting if they can't do what the advertising why bother </p>
