Bad horrible service

I have never had such a terrible service, this company I ordered a jersey for R1176 and on their profile they say delivery is within 5 days since I ordered on the 23rd of March even today there is nothing.

When I ask they tell me I must speak to courier company how do I speak to those ppl cos I ordered from you. So this means my money is gone.

I have dealt with a lot of online companies buying different products, this 1 is the worse even their service is horrific.
