All I want just to remove my name on debth review thank you

Good morning hope find you good. My problem is that last year on the 15th of July. I was frustrated as I have a New job and they were not paying me constantly. So I taught I was going to be set on credit bureau as I was going to have a problem of paying. So I saw this DC DEBTH on Facebook page and I called them explain for them about my problem they intend to help me but they've made my difficult than ever. There's this lady called Roxanne they send me an application form I signed the applications form after that everything was blocked with immediately effect and told me to go to the bank and open a new account I asked this lady how I am going to reach the bank as they have blocked my bank account. I saw that they are going to give me a problem I never signed a bank mandate I asked this lady to send me 17.1 form I want to cancel the application she denies and told me even if I can win a lotto paid up my debth i will not be removed from debth review . So I am paying my account on my own but I am stuck as my name is on debt review I can't do anything and I am a breadwinner and a widow I have buying powers in the shops but I can't get any . This people they are so rude I can't advice anyone to fall on them they are so heartless. So now they don't want to transfer my portfolio to another company. Please help me
