Very poor service & products. Not trustworthy at all.

DC Cut & Edge Silverton. Over promise and underperform. Not trustworthy at all. Substandard products. They have an attitude of "I've got my money, what are you going to do about it". Sent installer with badly rusted drawer runners & hinges to be installed on brand new kitchen cupboards. The manager, Paul, said he was instructed as such by Frans Fryer, kitchen designer on the premises. Installers turn up very late or do not even pitch up at all. No quality control or assurance. Installer was shouted at telephonically by Jurgen (production manager) because he pointed out the quality of the said hinges & rollers to us. Vanity cupboard sent back as it was skew and substandard workmanship. We are convinced that they make use of second hand material. We have pics and witnesses to prove all of this. When issues are pointed out to management, they have a blaming game between themselves, with us as the client being on the receiving end. Do not ever pay them an 80% deposit, as demanded by them. You might regret it.
