THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

THE WORST COMPANY I HABE DEALT WITH I needed a cnc cutting job done urgently and went to Dc cut and edge, Adele promised that if I can get the boards myself and bring it, I can collect the next day. I made effort to go and look for boards and brought it. Next day I came to them and she started making me call other people to ask if my job is done. This got me upset because she was the one I dealt with and why does she have to make me call other people. I decided to leave it till the next day as they said it will be ready next day. I came back the next day, same thing started. She said I should wait for Naude the guy in charge. I waited for almost 20min (without any apologies for the delay). Finally met the Naude and he said he’s busy and couldn’t do my work and when I raised my frustrations he said MY FRIEND TWKE UOUR BOARDS AND GO WE CSNT HELP YOU 🥺. Now as if that was not enough, I was ready to go with my boards, but then I came with 3 boards, only to discover they have used one of my boards. This again they made me wait for almost 30min trying to figure out where the board is and still NO ONE SAID A SIMPLE SORRY. They are a bunch of cold hearted humans working on that company and up til today they never returned or refunded my boards they used
