Worst service ever.

Placed order on backorder 19th January, told it will take +- 14 days, 3 weeks later no updates, no answering emails or calls. No answer about refunds to buy somewhere else just silence. This is the worst service ever. For people who deal with children school books very irresponsible, schools are opened I have no answers.
