Worst "book" shop ever
Bought a book online. No indication that it was an ebook. The listing even said "Over 1,000 bible-thin pages include everything worth seeing without weighing you down".
Weeks later and no delivery I searched my emails and see they sent me a voucher to download an ebook.

25 May 2023, 18:14 You must have inadvertently purchased an eBook from our online store, which is clearly distinct from our online hardcopy bookstore. The eBook was purchased on the 09/05/2023 @ 23h20. The voucher to redeem the eBook was sent to the customer at 11h25 soon thereafter. The customer has now confirmed that they only redeemed the voucher today the 25/05/2023.
At no time has the customer ever communicated to ourselves that he actually wanted a hardcopy book, so we could assist in rectifying the issue as soon as we could. We have been in business for over ten years and pride ourselves on assisting all our customers with any issues they might experience, while ordering on our platform.
We request that the customer contact us on our Live Chat line on our website www.dcbooks.co.za or email us on *** at his earliest convenience to enable us to provide any assistance needed.
