Worst service ever,no communication, no tracking link even worse no answering calls during their working hours!!!the frustration they giving my daughter is beyond CORE!!!!
We ordered the book wish the delivery was due on the 15th Of Jan till date nothing from them!!!

As you can imagine there is exceptional traffic call volume on our phone lines at this time of year, so it becomes very difficult to answer every phone call. That is why we have an Online Chat facility to supply all our customers with updates on all their orders as well as assist with any queries our customers might have – this facility is open after office hours. As you should have been aware you ordered your book : Grade 10 SMILE Interactive English HL (Order Number DC21286) on the 6th of January. The book you ordered was on Pre Order, which states it will take 7-14 working days to receive from placement of order. This is clearly stated when selecting each book and at checkout, where you had to agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding with your payment. As of today (the 19th of January) it has only been 10 working days. We have since received this book and will be shipping this book out to all our customers who ordered this book today (including yourself) thus beating our company policy of 7-14 working days (by 4 working days). May I suggest in the future that you place your schoolbooks order in a timely manner (before the new-year) in order to avoid any disappointment with regards to delivery in the high volume school book season after new-year.
