DC Books non delivery

I had ordered a book online from DC Books for my daughter on the 28th of November 2021 and my order number is: DC11031. i still have not received the book to date and schools are opening tomoro the 12th January 2022. I keep on calling DC books enquiring about this order and they give me the run around and say i must chat to their people online chat to find out about the delivery of the book but their chat is always offline and you cannot chat to anyone. Last i spoke to them over the phone they said the book will be delivered latest by 10/01/2022 and still nothing and no communication and all the other book stores I ordered other books from delivered the books within a week. I do not know what is going on with DC Books as i want that book as i pod for it and my daughter needs it for school and it was bought and paid for well in advance so do not understand y i still have not received the book.
