Very happy with the seamless ordering process. The website is user friendly, the search button for the book gave accurate results and also pictures of the book. Other textbook online stores only have a book title, no pic or author, you have to call in and confirm… so this was a breath of fresh air. The book I ordered from DC books was also cheaper compared to other bookshops plus they offered a reasonable price for courier. After placing my order, I was sent an order confirmation, received an invoice and order tracking code by the end of the day. I received an order update the following morning , not once did I have to pick up the phone and follow up with DC Books or track my order with courier company. I received my order in promised time frame without having to specify that it was urgent! My textbook was packaged and handled well. A massive thank you to the team at DC Books!
