No Delivery of product and make up exuses

I had the exact same experience as previous person! Darren October installed one small blind for me in one apartment. Then when i placed the second order for the whole apartment, and paid the deposit, I haven't heard from him for several weeks. When I phoned to follow up he came up with excuses- First he had an accident, then he was sick, then i had 'his wife' email me from his email address how she cancelled all his orders and was going to refund the deposit. Deposit was paid to Darren in May, up to today, 2nd October, Darren keeps saying how he would refund me in portions last week and previous week, and week and months before that, initially his wife was going to refund my money but she is living in China!! I have been patient up to now but 4 months later- I have no blinds and not R1 towards my deposit refund! After reading previous persons report I can only think that this is how he operates. On top of that, another big company uses him for their installations and tells me how he did so many installations for them in a week! Do not trust Darren October and do not give him your money because you will not see it back nor the product.
