DB Thermal - Karen Paulsen and Tracy Farquhar

DB Thermal has made a mistake on my SARS for the time i worked for them. The directive needs to be corrected. I raised this with Karen Paulsen the Human Resources: Business Partner on the 17th of August 2020. She could not rectify it as according to her all documents have been archived and she can not access it. She refused to call SARS to request the documents and told me at the time of the mistake she was not working with it.

She handed my query over to Tracy Farquhar the HR administrator and she apparently tried for weeks to get hold of SARS with no success in getting the information required to fix the mistake. I was advised on a number of occasions that she will make an appointment to go to SARS to get the information but this was empty promises!

On Monday the 5th of October 2020 i went to SARS and got all the documents requires to rectify the Directive and i immediately informed Tracy about this and also emailed the documents to Tracy and Karen. Until today, nearly 2 weeks later again, there has been no response and also the problem has not been rectified.

DB Thermal employees are the worst to deal with. They are unhelpful and they do not do their work properly.

I have been struggling for 2 months to get anything done from DB Thermal and will not recommend them for anything!
