Dbl stitched scrubs poor after sale service

Very disappointed in after sale service. The scrubs I bought to wear at work are way too big and I wanted to rerurn them, but my emails are being ignored for a week now. I even sent to 2 different email adresses that are on the website but no one has contacted me for a whole week. Feels like now that they made the sale, they can't be bothered about after sale service. And the scrubs are not cheap either!
