GRATE DISAPPOINTMENT & GRATE LOSS OF MONEY

I approached Dbest Media to assist with two invitation cards, one for a traditional wedding and another for an engagement lunch, both one pagers. Explained EVERYTHING in detail regarding the difference between the days so that the designer basically has an idea of what kind of art work would best fit/complement the occasions on a card. I even shared one art work template and proposed that they use it for the Saturday invitation card, they proposed to do everything from scratch for me I then agreed to give it a shot as they were the pros (or so I thought), so I was basically told my request is doable. I was sent a quote for 2 invitation cards, paid what I was charged for 2 cards and they started working. I then get 4 templates to view, exact same art work on all 4 of them only difference is the dates and the font colours, because the art work is exactly the same I obviously believe we are working on card number 1, I reply onto the drafts they sent with what they should adjust for the card to meet the concept. I got a second pair of art work cards which did not look any different from the first, the designer practically only changed the top part to something which did not fit the occasion whatsoever, and added a border band completely out/a no no from the initial art work (even the colours were not blending) I kindly reminded them of what the occasion was and what it is exactly I need and kindly said the second draft was a no because these were not the adjustments I asked for from the first draft they sent me kind reminder I asked for adjustments based on the first 4 similar art work templates, at this point I start seeing trouble & said to them we should rather do one card, even **** so that I do not offend their feelings and said I am doing the two occasions in one day so that they don't have to do the second card. The 3rd art work draft came and it was completely different from the adjustments I requested, I now got (my sincerest apologies but I want to be honest) art work of a school graduation template. I asked what happened to adjusting the 1st draft art work I initially requested because that was at least slightly befitting in comparison to what I had just received, I was told the designer lost his work and had to start over. I proposed yet again that they are more than welcome to use the art work I shared with them since it is now down to one card, or we do the adjustments I had requested on the FIRST draft, so 3 times I asked that we rather stick to what we started and only do the adjustments I requested then we have an okay card.

Long story short... 8 days later I still don't have a card and I am being denied a refund for the second card because they are saying they did both the cards, I didn't understand what they meant by they did both cards, I revisited the first art work drafts which had the EXACT same art work on all 4 that they sent to me. So I basically paid R700 for 2 cards with the exact same art work for 2 different occasions from Dbest.
