Rotten service.

I bought supplies and 1 was faulty and I tried to return the faulty equipment but the manager of the place was rude instead of assisting he started swearing and I was chased out of the premises. This was my first time and last time buying from these people. They are not professional at all. DB electrical in 12 Short street P.E.
