DB DIAMONDS ********* BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THEIR TRYING MEMBERS

This company allows you to rent mining machines and earn money daily from the machines you are renting. They also encourage recruiting new members to join the company and getting bonuses and lucky draws. So my team members were not recruiting as the company wanted them to, they had a challenge of people thinking it was a December ****. So because my members weren't lucky with recruitment, they fired me and blamed me for not guiding my members, just after I rented another machine. When I questioned the manager about how unfair that was to me, why they didn't remove the members that weren't active and let me continue working. I was told I didn't lose even R1 so I am fired I just need to understand it. On Tuesday, the manager even sent me a special to rent another expensive machine starting from R4000, so I guess the aim was for me to lose more money. So now the company is solely blaming me for my teammates' unluck.
