Disappointing Experience with Dazzle Dental Clinic, Mumbai
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Dazzle Dental Clinic. I travelled from South Africa to Mumbai in May 2024 for a complete teeth makeover, including three dental implants, based on a strong recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, two of the three implants subsequently failed and fell out. I informed Dazzle Dental in July 2025, and they offered to refund me for the unsuccessful implants. I provided all the banking details they requested, but despite numerous follow-ups, I have still received no refund. It is now August 2026—more than a year after they agreed to the refund. It is extremely disappointing that a clinic can be so quick to take a patient's money, yet provide such poor aftercare and customer service when something goes wrong. As an international patient who travelled from South Africa specifically for treatment, I expected much better. Too late I established that the technology in South Africa is far more advanced than what Dazzle Dental Clinic offered. At the end I had the whole procedure redone at considerable cost. I cannot recommend Dazzle Dental Clinic based on my experience.
