Open ************** against people.

I am a regular customer at Naked Coffee inside Daytona.

Today when I pulled up the security guard did not see me, he was day dreaming for a good 2 minutes. I had my indicator on, he took so long my partner had to get out the car to remove the barrier. As he saw this he came running up, prevented her from doing so, blocked me from enter the parking and allowed a BMW that arrived 3 minutes after me to take the parking. He spoke to my partner aggressively, which is inappropriate to approach a female in such a manner as a random parking lot guard.

When I questioned the guard and said I was there first, he shouted at me "HOW MUST I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING?". He also proceeded to shout "YOU CANNOT DO AS YOU WANT", which is an indication of his behaviour, not mine.

I had my indicator on and was moving the barrier to park, it is pretty obvious where I was going.

I then asked to speak to management, and informed them of the issue. I was told by the sales person that the front parking is reserved for 'premium' vehicles. So my Ford Fiesta is not good enough to park at the front? You have the right to not let me park, and allow a BMW to take my parking after my lady has to get out to do the guards job?

Is this the standard set out by Daytona dealership? That the security and management can treat two regular customers of the Naked Coffee like wild animals because they drive a Ford Fiesta? Is it protocol for the security to be acting like this towards people? Is this ************** common practice at your dealership?

Please confirm, as I will keep posting, and I will now go to social media with the confirmation of what your sales guy told me this morning.
