Worst service and communication ever

<p>The concept that this company is selling is good and the food they deliver is also good provided that they don't deliver in the afternoon as all vegetables are soaked (due to the icepacks that they put on top of vegetables).</p> <p>The biggest problem is the delivery. They do not stick to delivery agreements/times and the office does not communicate with the courier/driver. The delivery guy never receives any delivery instructions and arrives as times that were clearly marked as "don't deliver during this time". Hense I never received my delivery and I am still chasing the money that was taken of my credit card. Nobody at DaytoDay office cares about that and nobody phones you back.</p>
