Beware of Day to Day foods

I have subscribed to Day to Day to try out their food experience. It went well until I decided to cancel! It is impossible as they keep on deducting money every week. They told me and sent me e-mails that they have refunded me on the 20th of November for my order on the 15th November which I had cancelled. I have not received any refund in my bank account. They deducted money again on 22/11/17 after I had removed my payment details from my web account at Day to Day. Caylin at day to Day foods promised to sort it out. I hope she is successful.
