Daymeds pathetic service

I took an elderly individual to Daymed who was having a stroke. The dr gave him Panados, 3 days later he passed on…. The dr’s reasons for giving the elderly man panados was cos he was drunk, during the festive season if someone consumes alcohol, are they any less a human? Should they not get treatment as someone who’s not toxicated?
