Poor treatment and failure to diagnose at Daymed Hospital Pmb

Good morning was admitted at daymed hospital from 15-27th June 2024. Had been exposed to Hydrochloric acid due to a spill on N3. The medical officer in the EC told me that i have Arthritis. Had 2 cxr done and when i brought it to matron attention, as had noticed there was something wrong with the second cxr... A ct chest was done and was diagnosed as pneumonia and sent home with tamiflu and avelon antibiotic Went to another health facility and after bronchoscope and another ct scan was diagnosed with multiple pulmonary embolisms to left lung, which have been put on anticoagulant treatment
