Terrible after sales service with issue unresolved for months!!

Terrible after sales service. 1 of 18 solar panels delivered cracked. gave me the runaround for weeks. handed over to accounts after about 3 weeks. Another almost 4 weeks passed and even after countless requests for updates to manage my expectation on when the 1 panel they promised to refund will be done, still no reply at all. Beware, if faulty stuff received from them, you going to have month's of efforts to get traction. Not sure if I am going to be helped even after this post. Time will tell. How disappointing. what a pity there is no option for a 0 star, which their painful process and empty promises truly deserves!!!
