Unfulfilled Agreement

Dayisa is a client referral company which rewards agents with R5-00 airtime and R5-00 for every successful referral which is kept in a virtual wallet which is supposedly only claimable on the 1rst of the month following the referral and is paid out on the 5,th. provided the agent submitted for I'd cop and bank statement.My issues here is that Dayisa does not pay out the cash.I've accrued and claimed about R550-00 which was supposed to be paid to my bank account on the 5th.Today is the 10th and the money hasn't been paid and nobody responds to my questions and queries that I submit via email.Please assist..
