Daybreakgames (******ion)

One star is too high a rating for the ******* that are in this company. So I got this game down, being a heroes fan, and ended up in a battle with no restitution or satisfactory reprise from support.

Never from dealing with any company's support have i been so blatantly disregarded.

I named a character that although "it was against policy" the game allowed me to take the name and several others that are "against DaybreakGames policy". The issue i have is that the game allows the user to take "any" name that is supposedly "against their policy" , with a catch, you have to pay actual money to "buy" a "Name Change Device/Token" to be able to change your name. Despite trying to advise the game studio that this is ******ion (which it is), support has brushed me off over the past week of tickets or just closed them, with out as much as "adding names that shouldn't be allowed to be used in game".

For example in Red Dead Redemption 2 (Rockstar games) if you try to use a Name that is against their policy it tells you that you cannot use the name. In the case of Daybreak games they allow you to use the name and then will charge you to change the name with in game currency that can only be bought with actual money, and support will not listen to reason.(I can still take the name I used that is against their policy).

I would like them to change their systems so that future users of their software do not fall victim to a loophole that DaybreakGames is clearly taking advantage of.
