Worst worst worst . My children is members . For weeks we struggled with my son policy to go to Hospital for his appendix .Telephonically when they took the policy ,they say you are covered to go to Hospital. Today when my son had to be admitted for his appendix They only cover only 1 THIRD Not even enough for the hospital cost. Not Dr, Nothing we must pay 80% cash please show me where it stand in the Guide or please sent me the recordings where u say you only pay 20 % .Its a DISGRACE to take the payment for months and mislead the people and in need you pull up your shoulders . All my children ass well as us we are canceling our policy's
