<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I called to enquire about an account I had with day 1 health.</p> <p> </p> <p>A claim was submitted by doctor Van Zyl for a GP visit I had in July 2016.</p> <p>The secretary has been calling me for the past few months about the outstanding account, when I called in today the consultant informed me that my GP benefit was only to be active from August 2016 and my doctors visit was in July.</p> <p>She informed my claim was not valid as i did not qualify for the gp benefit which was not explained to me correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it was I was not going to take the cover.</p> <p>I was not aware of any waiting periods.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Ra’ees L Mohamed</p> <p>ID Number ********** 203086</p> <p>Cell number ********** </p> <p> </p>
