Poor service

Yoh guys, Day 1 service is wack 🤪 I called in to enquire o y membership, I asked te lady I talked to, just to hold on for a few. After 30sec, she hung up...... I called again and spoke to a guy, he also got cut off before I can even say anything. I'm sick, I need to see a doctor but I'm still waiting for my call to be answered.

Maybe joining was a big mistake because it feels like I'm going to get this bad service when I go to hospital
