<p>Was rushed to hosp with breathing problems, arrived at westgate life hosp, stabalised in casualty, doctors , hubby and clerks call for authorisation to be admitted, but declined after two hours of them saying we'll call back, then declined it. and they said we must wait a year for eye testing and glasses , ;une was a year, so went to have my eyes tested and it was declined be another company took them over, we were told also a six month waiting period for chronic meds, but they declined to pay for that too, this a **** and want the world to know what bad treatment got from them...shame on you Day 1 Health with a card to call for hosp authorisation and then decline emergency assistanve to your memebers</p>
