Guys, be warned. Day1 Health, a company that I've been with for more than 3 years now will play you especially when it comes to being hospitalized. Last night I was in touch with them and they offered no solution. This morning I called they're call centre and spoke to Faith who transferred the call to chantel. Those two are extremely rude. Chantel had the guts to cut my call, I redialled and spoke to this faith who blatantly refused that I speak to chantel. I made numerous calls and because of technology, I believe she can see on.her screen my number and ignored it. I think if you're still with Day1, it's high time we shop around my friend. One day we'll die when they're busy playing. faith and chantel it's people lives you're playing with. Maybe you shouldn't work for an industry like this. You should go open carwash and play there.
