It's too expensive go home

On 21 July I was in the unfortunate situation were I was rushed off the my GP from work as I had heart palpitations. On arrival there an egg was done and my heart rate was 169 bpm with a bad BP as well. My GP contacted day1 and was instructed to have me taken the the eugene Marais hospital. On my arrival I was taken into the trauma unit and a second ecg was done. A second set of blood work was also done as well as a chest x-ray. I was mostly not feeling ery well and had a iv put up and given painkillers and O2. The Dr on duty informed me that they would have to do an angiogramme still that night as it was not looking good as I have a bicuspid aortic valve and she was contacting the cardiologist to come out. After 3 and a half hours in the trauma unit I was told by the same Dr that Day1 health will not authorize the procedure as it cost to much. I was sent home home with a script and a sicknote for two days. Now I'm getting hounded by the x-RAY depth, pathologists and the trauma unit to pay them as Day1 have not paid the bills. You phone them and the can't tell you why it has not been paid. The next time you phone then I get told that they have not received the invoices. Or best yet you get to speak to a "manager " and the phone gets dropped in you ear as you don't want to understand what I'm telling you. I'm sick and tired of day 1's lack in service. By the way we are on on of their supposed top plans.
