Hospital stay payment rejected
My daughter was admitted to hospital and diaognised with Choledochol Type 1. i spoke to their conusltant who requested that i forwasrd all her documents (Diagnosis and discharge letter) it took her less than an hour fpr her to reject my claim citing that this was not covered in their scheme as it is a chronic meaning my daughter was born with this condition. nowhere had they asked for my daughter previous medical report to support their arguement, i'm not very happy how
