Hospital authorisation

I got accident and paramedic took me to one of the life hospital, I waited more than 2hours without being helped waiting for an approval from day one,lucky I didn't get lot of injuries but a doctor wanted to check my spine so he requested x ray, but they couldn't take me to x ray department because I didn't have file,while I was in pain I was inform that day one health want me to write something that is like an affidavit and state what happen in order for them to give hospital letter of guarantee .I can imagine if I was alone and uncouscous who was going to fill that form. I was disappointed on your service and I felt bad for those who doesn't save nd think medical aid will pay everything cause I end paying r800 for x ray nd r300 for my T.T.O
