I called in quite frustrated with a situation. I had called in just before and had a heated disagreement with an agent who had left me more irritated and more confused than when I called in.

When I called the second time, I got through to Susan and she handled the situation beautifully! She was able to give me not only the answers to my questions but provided advice on the procedure to follow should I encounter the same scenario that I was calling in about.
