Dont believe their brochure!
Was referred by my Day 1 network doctor to a Radiologists for X-Rays. Black and white X-rays were taken and claim was sent to day 1 - now 4 months later they are refusing to pay even though their brochure claimed that X-rays would be covered!
3 Years of payments for nothing!!!

As per our brochure, Day1 Health covers basic radiology according to the 1Doctor Health formulary. The radiology formulary is set out in detail in the Approved procedure codes covered by 1Doctor Health section of our Product Guide.
Day1 Health is approved and duly accredited by both the Council for Medical Schemes (DM 1074) and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSP 11319) as a low-cost healthcare benefit option.
