disapointed client

i am very disappointed with the service i have received with Day1, i have been with them for 10years+- after calling and speaking to different agents all they could say that there is nothing they can do. i had to use a government hospital which assisted me much faster then day1 could. i have to members with day1 and i am going to cancel and use another health scheme. personally I wont advise any1 to use them
