Debit order went through and i cancelled... no services was rendered to me... i need my money back amount to R 1100 back into my account.please hep.

I would like Day 1 Health to reimbursed or refund me as i have cancelled the policy on the 29th of July 2020 just before the debt order run for the 1st of August and they have promised to investigate and refund and they have never did, i was promised that i will be refunded after 7 days of submission of the letter of termination till today nothing happened. I took this medical insurance for my with the following dependents Motlalepula Jane Mogale and Tshimologo Mogale but unfortunately it was not the proper medical aid hence i cancelled it, grace period of time is afford to any person should they wish to cancel any policy whatsoever according to they mandate. i have several communication with Day 1 Health representatives to facilitate my problem and unfortunately no ones has contacted me in order to resolve this matter.
