day1 health cannot be contacted on phone line

this is true for day1 health. got an sms from them that one of my beneficiaries is turning 21 so will come out of my plan, been trying to get hold of them so she can open own account.

you get "you are number 1 in the queue" on the phone for more than 10 minutes till you hang up. i gave up after calling them 4 times -- no reach.
