Day 1 Health refusing to cover my hospital and then go debit my qccount

If I could rate 0 I would, I have been paying Day 1 Health for over 5 years. I get involved in an accident on Monday and they refuse to authorise cover at the hospital. They said my account was suspended. Today the ******* tried to take the money off my account. I’m currently in public hospital because they wouldn’t cover me. I need day one to cancel the stupid premiums. Day 1 health is cheaper than other service providers so take my words when I say you get what u pay for. They will not be there for you in times of need. Day1 please cancel the stupid policy
