This is one of the worst medical aid insurances one can ever get. They hardly pay out claims and if delay in debit order dates. When your policy get unpaid they suspend your policy immediately. You will be left and sick. Even after paying them directly because of their mistake it still took me weeks to just go and see a doctor.
