Day 1 Health - BAD PAYERS

My 9 year old daughter went to the dentist 06/03/2023 , the dentist send the claim to Day 1 Health for payment. A week ago i received an SMS from dentist that I will be handed over if the account is not paid in 7 days. I sent an email to Day 1 requesting feedback on why this account was not paid yet, after numerous mails no feedback yet. Why do i need to be handed over if my insurance is not paying there bills? I have been a member of Day 1 Health for more than 10 years, never missed a monthly premium. This is not the first time that this is happening, with blood tests it's always an issue for getting handed over because Day 1 Health don't pay on time. Why do I pay every month I can't even use the service. Be careful of choosing Day 1 Health, really not worth it.
