Contact numbers doesn't exist!!!!

I have a senior comprehensive plan for my mother and she has been on it since 2020 and needs to use it now for the FIRST time. I need assistance regarding her plan and the coverage but i can't get hold of DAY1 health at all! Can someone please assist me with a contact number? Because the nr on their website keeps on saying it doesn't exist! I've even tried phoning the hospital Pre-authorization nr and the Emergency Services that's on the medical card but that to doesn't exist! HOW!!!!! How am i suppose to get hold of them! I have sent an email to admin but has gotten no response. I'm really NOT HAPPY about this. I pay my moms premium every month as I'm suppose to for the service but I'm not getting any!
