BEST SERVICE EVER #Day1 #LeboSetjhake
My journey with Day1 started in 2018 and Iam a happy client not even once they failed or disappointed me. At first when my daughter slipped in the bathroom at Fort Hare and called for assistance it was offered immediately with the follow ups, secondly when fell and broke her leg Day1 did what they do best to offer assistance and derithat remarkably. But this time BENZE ***HULU that is why I could not keep quite I wanted nation to know that when you say thank you for the good work that one had done what it is that you mean. Last year (2025) November I got hurt while working I called immediately requesting for their assistance which went through well, they were with me from beginning to end meaning they called hospital for arrangements by the time I reached there the pre authorisation was done. By then they checking on me everyday to know the progress until I was discharged. When I called for assistance when other service providers were not paid through hospital billing they guided me on what procedures to apply. During that period I ended up dealing with the lady named LEBO SETJHAKE ndimothulela umnqwazi (I salute her) for the best if not excellent service she offered, she was always eager to listen and offer assistance, she showed best professional skills. When I couldn't heal and I decided to leave Eastern Cape to Gauteng for second if not third opinion she was there guiding me all the way. I am now healing slowly thank you to Day1 service obvious the recent Orthopedic I went who assured me that I should worry Day1 will pay the day hospital he was arraethat I should be admitted to inorder to fix ehat could not be properly done last year November. So I were to rate LEBO I would without hesitation give her 100 out of 10. Thank so much you know when you are vulnerable it heals to meet a person who is not just assisting you because she is at work but goes all out because she has a heart. Lastly to all the people who can not afford medical aid but still need good Healthcare DAY1 HEALTH INSURANCE is the answer
