I received exceptional customer service from Tyrone Mashishi. I called this morning, knowing very little about Day 1, and he took the time to call me back and explain everything in detail. He went through all the plan options and helped me choose the one that best suits my budget.

I have just completed my application, and he even assured me that I can email him in the future if I have any questions about my cover. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time!

Tyrone deserves a medal for his patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Going forward, I have decided to deal only with him.
