1st and only claim from Day 1 is REJECTED
I joint the Day1 medical aid in January last year i only had 1 GP visit on 16.10.2014 the claim was submitted several times from my self and the GP PRAC No ***. Up to date no payment from Day 1. <br> I just phoned the medical aid now and the lady at reception state the claim is REJECTED because it is over 6 months.<br> I only received my member card today 17.03.2015 more than one year. <br> My employer pay the medical aid of our choice and the Company also submitted fax's to them still no reply.<br> I Personally feels that Day 1 is a ****.
