Bad experience with Day 2 Day pools

I got Nicholas to install a new pool during May 2021. I raised concerns regarding the quality and craftsmanship from the start of the project. He and his lead worker on site was adamant that the final product will be flawless. The pool in all respects look horrible and difunctional. They are not prepared to come back to site to rectify their substandard work. I will now have to get another contractor to redo the pool. This was probably the biggest blooper I have made in my 54 years on this planet. I did phone the three references he offered me and they seemed to be happy with his work.... I should have looked up his company up on Hallo Peter.
