DAY2DAY POOLS!! *****ING YOUR MONEY!!! BAD SERVICE

BE CAREFUL OF THIS BUSINESS DAY2DAY POOLS!! *****ING YOUR MONEY!!! Nick from Day 2 Day pools fixed our pool on the 1st of December 2020. On the 2nd of December I forward him a photo where the fiberglass product that he used, started to make cracks, and lifting. He told me not to worry and that I can put water in the pool the next day. After several requests he refused to come and view and asked us to collect some of the blue paint while we were in Brits as he was busy with a job there as well. On the 6th of December 2020 we collected the paint and app**** it to the spots and left a few days to dry. On the 22 May 2021, I have sent him another photo of the fiberglass starting to crack on the steps. Once again, he told me not to worry, it's the paint and need to be grinned and re-coated to fix. He will come and fix when he is near our area. After several requests he just ignore my messages and no response to when his coming to fix the pool. On the 31 January 2022 we contacted him again to confirm when he's coming to fix the pool as me noticed that all the fiberglass is starting to crack and lift. He only rep**** with a whats-app that he's in the bank and cannot talk. What's the problem?? Asked him again...when are you coming to fix the pool as promised and informed him about the new problems of all the fiberglass lifting in the pool. Suddenly, he was not Nick, and Nick is outside of the country. He gave us a 3-year guarantee on his work. Don't make use of this guy. He takes your money and are not prepared to fix his poor work afterwards. He has allot of bad reviews on his fb page as well as google.
