Defective product - refuses refund

Roughly a month ago, I had my nails done in Trade Route Mall - Lenasia due to convenience at the Day Spa. I wanted natural acrylic full tip set. I paid full price. After an hour, while driving home (Sandton) I noticed the nails were defective - they were lifting, bubbles formed and condensation occurred by the next day of which should never happen. I was unable to return to show them my nails, as I was leaving in a day for a international trip for 2 weeks. I had taken pictures sent it to a colleague in order to go to the spa and explain the situation. Furthermore that I cannot drive to Lenasia from Sandton just to show them my nails which the picture clearly shows. The ladies working there informed us that they would first have to chat to their boss the owner. With numerous attempts to get feedback over a month has gone by - I called the owner who so rudely brushed me off by saying she's an attorney and is too busy and that a client just arrived to see her that she had no time to argue or debate this matter. I asked her to hear me out as I too was a paying customer and that I had pictures proving the nails were defective - she's still not interested in helping or refunding!!!
