Max Hurwitz - Day Night Electrical

Max Hurwitz did Electrical repairs at my house on 19 October 2021. He quoted me R 48 864.00 which I accepted, not thinking this man is exploiting me because I'm a woman and don't know any better. He also promised a detailed report and photo's as according to him, the Electrician who did the C.O.C never should've done so.

The problem persisted and a colleague suggested I rather use the company's Electrician. He came out and I showed him the quote and the work that Max had done, to which he rep**** : 1) He should not have charged more than R 10 000.00 max for the work he did. 2) The breakers he replaced work perfectly (which I have on video), and the replacements aren't even the same quality, in fact, it was cheap and sub-par. 3) When my Electrician phoned him and asked him how can he overcharge me like that he answered "I quoted, she accepted, that's business".

I have sent numerous messages asking when will I get the report, I need it to submit it with my insurance claim, it's the 2nd of December and I still have not received anything.
