Terrible sservive and unfair business

I was booked for a driving test on 07/08/2020 @ 09:00 at Ipeleng driving school , I had my driving lessons done at Day and Night driving school at soshanguve, The parkage I paid for was an unlimited lesson for R1400 which included the those lesson and the truvk on the day ..At 8h45 the instructor asked me if I had R3500 and I said I dnt have the money , Just because I dnt have the money he decided to leave with the truck, I was left stranded with a truck I had to pay R600 for the truck and get tested.I need my refund on the money I paid for the truck
